Our Story
Sugar Bird was born in the chaos — long nights, loud rooms, by the hands of a pastry chef who learned by breaking rules, not following them.
Dreamed up by Grant Bird, Sugar Bird lives at the intersection of craft and instinct, where perfection comes after the mess, not before it. These cookies start as ideas, collisions, experiments — pulled from music, art, backstage kitchens, and whatever refuses to behave. Nothing here is precious. Nothing is softened for approval. We don't chase trends or clean things up for the sake of it. We make food the same way art gets made: scrappy, obsessive, and honest. The result is flavor with texture, contrast, and a point of view.
